1. Proprietor : In charge of entire functioning of the unit, in matters of technical, quality, administrative and corporate matters.
2. Manager (Purchase) : Raw material and brought out items purchase. (H.R) Appointment of workers and staff.
3. Manager (Production) : Implementing Manufacturing as per customer schedule/requirement/work order/weekly production planning.
4. Quality Assurance : System maintenance regarding quality. Authority to stop manufacturing and dispatch of non-confirming job. Responsible for corrective action after discussion with Manager Production
5. Quality Control : Checking of incoming goods & brought out items as per specification. Quality checking of in house manufacturing components Final checking and preparing of PDI report.
6. Store : Keeps Inventory of semi finish and finish components.
7. Dispatch : Final inspection. Packing and forwarding as per customers standard packing.
8. Tool Room Manager : Design/ Process Development and Improvement in CAD.
9. Workers : Producing the components. Checking, Finishing and packing of components.
